What does the name M2U NYC mean?
M2U = [M(AKEUP) + 2 + (YO)U]. We are the new (makeup) kid on the block. Our company is located in downtown NYC (come say hi if you are nearby!) and it’s energy, beauty and diversity is our biggest source of inspiration!
What makes your products different than others?
Makeup is our passion… providing high quality and stylish makeup at an affordable price is our purpose.
M2U NYC was born to bring Quality, Style, and Value together, for all cosmetic lovers who recognize that quality and trendy makeup should not cost them a fortune. We are able to offer high quality trendy makeups with prices that are consistently 60% to 80% less than typical makeup brands, because we source directly from manufacturers to consumers, and don't use middlemen, celebrity marketing, nor traditional ads. Do you test on animals?
Never! We do not test our products or ingredients on animals. We’re committed to being 100% cruelty free, meaning we do not test on animals at any stage of product development, and we will only work with vendors who uphold the same standards.
Do you use parabens in your products?
No way! We don’t formulate with parabens because they are under debate for their safety and found in many cosmetic products. We formulates with a combination of tried and true safe ingredients.
Are your products vegan?
Yes. Our line is 100% vegan. We are certified by PETA as a Vegan and Cruelty-Free brand.
How much is shipping? Do you offer free shipping?
We current offer free standard ground shipping for orders of $30 or more within the continental U.S. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional fee if you just can’t wait (and who can blame you?!). All shipping options will be listed on your checkout page before you place order.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but hopefully soon! Drop us a line and let us know which country we should go next!
What is your returns policy?
Quality is our #1 priority. All our products are vegan, paraben free, and made with 100% FDA approved ingredients. We take our formula seriously and we stand behind our every product. If you aren't happy with your purchase, contact us at email@example.com for a refund less shipping within 90 days. Once we receive your package, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
What happens after I place my order?
Orders placed at our website will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or US National Holidays will be processed the following business day. You can access your order status anytime by signing into your account at our website.
